FIFA World Cup 2014's Trophy touring to Nepal

A good news for football fans and all Nepalis that the most coveted FIFA World Cup trophy 2014 will be brought to Nepal for the first time in December via Thimpu, Bhutan. As announced in Kathmandu, trophy will be brought to Nepal by Coca-Cola in partnership with FIFA and All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) during the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour 2014. Trophy tour is always organized before the World-Cup kick start in the host country(this time Brazil), this being the third time. Trophy will be brought in the private jet of FIFA in the guidance of one of the captains of previous winner team. Trophy will be toured to 88 different countries this time, earlier it was taken to 44 different countries.
 
"Only the World Cup winning team´s captain and the head of state can touch or hold the trophy," said Garg, the Coca-Cola´s operations vice-president for South West Asia". It is learned that one of the greatest footballers Pele, Germany´s Lothar Matthaus and Christian Karembeu of France will be travelling to Nepal with the trophy."
