Nepali Citizenship To Tibetans

There are thousands of native Nepali who are deprived of right to get Nepali Citizenship.They have been struggling for years to get legal identity of Nepali citizen but still they aren't.But so sad and shocked to hear about citizenship issued to tibetans illegally with involvement of Administration and Nepali Police.
It has come to know that , Tibetan has received Nepali citizen in Sindhupalchok in the name of Pema Lama.It is revealed that the government official has taken hundred thousands of Nepali rupees for this illegal activity.
